President of HCiWorld which he founded in 2013, Yves Duguay has acquired a unique expertise in governance in the fields of operations management, risk, and compliance management. Since 2013, Mr. Duguay has been providing management advice and solutions to his clients in various fields, including air transportation, rail, financial and judicial institutions.
Prior to launching his own firm, he held executive positions successively with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Air Canada and with the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) where, as the Senior Vice-President for operations, he was responsible for the security screening operations in 89 airports in Canada.
Mr. Duguay holds an MBA from McGill University and HEC Montréal and has obtained a specialized graduate diploma (DESS) in governance, audit and security of information technologies from the Université de Sherbrooke. He has also received the ICD. D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) in Canada.
Currently, Mr. Duguay is a member of the NATO committee of experts for civil aviation.
