Legal Authority: You must have the legal authority to file documents with the TATC to use the online form.

Lawful Use: You expressly agree to use the online form only for lawful purposes.

Suspension or Limitation of Use: The TATC may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue access to and use of the online form at any time without notice or liability.

Filing: You are responsible for confirming that the TATC received your submission of the online form.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will the TATC or the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) be liable for any damages relating to the online form.

You hereby release the TATC and the ATSSC from any damages that you incur. You agree not to assert any claims against them arising from your use of the online form.

Constitutional Question
This online form does not replace the notification requirements for requests that raise a constitutional question. Accordingly, you are responsible for fulfilling any notification requirements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The TATC controls this online form from its offices within the Province of Ontario, Canada. By using the online form, you agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada will govern all matters relating to your use of the online form. You agree and hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Canada and/or the courts of the Province of Ontario with respect to such matters.
